This isn't a traditional insurance sales role.
Instead of sitting behind a desk waiting for prospects, you'll spend weekends where your customers are, at race tracks across the country, building relationships with racers, teams, and motorsports professionals.
During the week, you'll work from home, quote business, follow up with prospects, and continue building the relationships you started at the track.
Over time, those relationships become a recurring book of business that continues generating income through renewals.
If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and building something of your own, you'll fit well here.
The role is straightforward.
You'll attend race events throughout the year, walk the pits, introduce yourself to racers, answer questions about coverage, and generate opportunities. When possible, you'll quote and bind policies at the track.
After each event, you'll spend the week following up with the people you met, quoting additional business, and moving customers through the sales process.
Your success comes from consistently building relationships and maintaining your pipeline, not from sitting behind a computer waiting for leads.
The agents who perform best here all have a few things in common.
Most importantly, they treat this as a career, not a side hustle. While this is a 1099 opportunity, we're looking for professionals who are committed to building a long-term business within the insurance industry.
We provide the products, systems, and operational support so you can stay focused on building relationships and writing business.

Previous motorsports experience is appreciated, but it is not required. We can teach the products and the industry. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and consistently execute.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, but we’re looking for agents who intend to build a full-time career with us. The role requires consistent effort, regular travel to race events, and ongoing follow-up throughout the week.
Agents choose which events they attend, but consistent participation at race events is one of the biggest drivers of long-term success.
Yes. Remote agents receive supplemental inbound opportunities. However, the majority of your business is expected to come from relationships you build through networking, race events, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
